No More Pick Up Lines
This weekend’s edition of Doc’s Phreaking Weekend Tips is dedicated to the losers who think a whole-hearted “Hey Baby, Nice Ass” is ever going to get them a girlfriend.
Compliments vs Pick Up Lines
Stop it with the cheesy ass PICK UP LINES. She wants genuine compliments not cheeky or lame ones. Generic compliments about physicality are almost always considered shallow and or mechanical.
Most men do not realize dropping stupid pick up lines are not only lame but they are a deep sign of insecurity. Women have an insecurity sensor that rivals the olfactory glands of a bloodhound. Any inclination of a man with insecurity traits and his chances of getting her are basically over.
Don’t give phony or bullshit COMPLIMENTS or PICK UP LINES. Only give sincere compliments that you believe to be true, and be detailed about it.
Be creative and think of something original. Never simply utter generic compliments such as “You look beautiful tonight.” This style of generic compliment might seem sincere, but is received as unimaginative, boring and trite (and she’s no doubt heard that exact same compliment a hundred times before).
A better compliment would be about something she had absolute control over like her style, her hairdo, the impressive way she handled a situation like the dick that tried to hit on her before you.
This way you are making her feel great about herself and ail soon see you as a fun and positive person to be around. You know those people who make you feel awesome whenever you are in their presence… that’s where you want to be.
Don’t give phony or bullshit COMPLIMENTS or PICK UP LINES. Only give sincere compliments that you believe to be true, and be detailed about it. The key here is not to out too big a complement too soon when you cannot possibly know enough about her yet. Save those for the right time and yes then be detailed.
If you really want to get in the game try something like… not exactly but close to…. “I really like the way your mind works.” Now explain it in detail has to why you would say something like that. If you are going to talk about her style or clothes or the way she wears her hair be prepared to be precise or it will seem forced.
- Practice on you close friends, family and co-workers.
- Don’t become a sycophant.
- Compliment on anything but appearances, think outside of the norm
- Be sure to complement her girlfriends too, they’ll back you up later
I’ll be watching you so be on you best behavior.
Thank You, Stay Classy
